New dashboard doesn't update

Hi everyone!

Our Wrike setup was switched to the "new dashboards" a few days ago... I've noticed that if I open a task from a widget and change something that would make the task disappear from the widget, nothing happens, the widget stays the same as it was before the change.

For example, I have a widget that shows a list with my "new" tasks, and a widget with "testing" tasks... If I open a task from the first widget and change the task to "testing", the task stays on the "new" tasks.

With the new dashboards, I believe you may have to refresh after making changes to see the updates.

Well that would be quite a step backwards, from the "classic" dashboards :/

Federico, sorry for such experience with the new dashboards. They should update themselves without your intervention. Can you please file a ticket with the support so we can take a look?

Hi Vladimir, today the dashdoard *does* refresh automatically... Strange, yesterday I made multiple tests... Well, good that it's working now, thanks :)

Reopening this... Today I've managed to snap a screenshot that shows the issue clearly.

One dashboard, two widgets showing the same task but with different status

Federico, thanks for sharing and it's clearly not right. Can you please file a ticket with the support so we can take a look? There is no way we can investigate this based on a screenshot.

I'm having the same issue but not consistently. For example, I checked the status of a task as Complete and it didn't move. When I refreshed it moved as expected. Then I checked another task as Complete and it moved right away.
