Whenever obtaining a report, there are already some date/time frame options, as week, month. I'd find it useful to have another option, at least "this year", and also "last year" would be useful.

This would also be useful for our team. It is important for us to compare YOY numbers in this way. We have a work around involving a custom field at this time, but this option would be much more streamlined.
