Allow multiple answers on a request form to form part of a project title. E.g. Region + Customer Name. Ideal would be to also add the option of the Wrike ID or some type of project # to be added as well with separators (dashes) in Project Titles.

At this time it is already possible to use answers from multiple questions as part of the title. They will be separated by dashes. To do this, you should select "Title" at the bottom right on any questions you want mapped to the title.
The answers that are marked for the title are only displayed as the title of the project. It would be great if more than one answer could be selected as a prefix for sub-elements.
