How to show zero values in graphs in Analytical boards?
I have a graph created for finding number of connects with customers in the last quarter. However, the graph does not include customer names when there has been no connect in the last quarter. Is there any way, I can see the customer names in the graph with zero count in date section.
Below is a sample data where I want CDEcustomer to be included in the graph with 0 count, since last connect is more than a quarter ago.

I have been able to do this in Analytics by choosing the 3dot menu next to "Values" and selecting "Display missing values as zeros."
This is already enabled, but doesn't work in the example I had attached in the original post. The reason being the function works only if there is a unique set of names & if one of the dates is blank then the graph would show as 0, however here we have a multiple names with multiple dates
Hmm. It's hard to say without knowing your exact set up. I would submit a help ticket and include as much info as possible.
