Recurring task enhancement suggestions

I included a couple of these in a comment on this related thread, but also wanted to start a post to capture my team's use case/requirements here separately in case it helps raise visibility for other users.

1. We need a way to tell a task to recur on the "last business day" of each month. No way to do that at the moment, and seems like a very simple ask.

2. We need to be able to tell recurring tasks to continue only until the parent project is marked complete, at which point all future recurrences of any sub tasks/items should stop recurring.

3. We would love the ability to include recurrence in our blueprints so that new projects start out with an existing recurrence built-in, reducing the level of effort for PMs when projects are newly assigned to them.

4. Mass edit of recurrences would also be a big timesaver so that PMs/admins in our Space could update recurrences for multiple tasks at the same time.
