- Wrike's AI features are now powered by a new provider,ย Microsoft Azure OpenAI, for exceptional enterprise security, governance, and faster performance. They don't use your data for training and are subjected to Wrike AI Addendum.
- We've temporarily disabled the popular "Create Subitems with AI'' feature to further develop it and weโre planning to relaunch it in the coming months. Due to low usage, we've decided to sunset the AI filtering feature.

Oh no! I just discovered the AI filtering feature at a deminar earlier this month and we hadn't been able to access it in Wrike labs. I was really looking forward to that feature!
I really like the idea of AI Filtering, but in my experience it was really inconsistent in understanding what I was actually trying to filter and I don't think it ever really understood custom fields when I tried to include that in my filtering prompt. I think with some tweaking it could still be very useful, especially in the absence of a dedicated search feature on the Table View.
Question about the limit of 3,000 uses per user for the Generative AI tool: If a copywriter, for example, wanted to use this feature and help generate suggested copy for a project, but then asked the tool to make some adjustments such as a change in tone, would that be considered one use since it's for one project or multiple uses since we're adjusting and re-generating copy? What happens if someone were to reach that limit? In particular, I'm thinking about our copywriter, who works thousands of tasks a year. So, this tool may only beneficial for them to use for a few months.
Hi,
By removing the AI filter capabilities it has been removed also the possibility to filter tasks or projects based on a specific string in the Title. That was very useful in my opinion and potentially it could have been expanded to the descriptions.ย Any chance to reconsider it? thank you!
Interested to learn more about how people are using this. Maybe it's our use case, but I'm not finding it particularly useful so far.ย
Hi folks, thanks for sharing your feedback, I've sent it to our AI team ๐
Valerie Cisneros It will be counted as multiple uses, but the limits work monthly, which means your team will be back to 3,000 uses next month ๐
mmuiesan Our team is planning to add this filter option in the future, we'll keep you posted ๐

Just enabled in our account and summarised one project's comments. That's amazing. Just wondering if it could summarise all comments of a project, including all tasks/projects inside it?
That's not possible at the moment Shamsi Nasiri, but I'll make sure to mention this with the responsible team ๐

Can you limit who can use the AI feature in Wrike? I would like to know also if certain users can opt-out once it has been enabled.
Hi Jen Derry! It should be possible to customize if you have User types in your account.ย
