Rich Text Formatting - Request Forms
Hi!
It would be great if we can use rich text formatting in request form descriptions and help text/descriptions under questions to be able to bold / italicize / underline, apply colours, use bullet points/numbering, customize hyperlink text, etc. This would allow us to bring formatting to descriptions so make information easier to read. We often need to leave a number of notes per request form and it is hard to read (people end up not reading anything we put there).
There are also some issues with the text box whenever you try to input line breaks where your text cursor isn't there - I typically have to input a bunch of spaces until it lines up with the edge of the box.
Agree. Rich text would really help us increase readability on request forms.

Any update on the formatting in request forms? It's been over a year. How many upvotes are needed?
I was just talking about this today with a colleague, and a lot more recently lately. Reallllllly hoping it's something we see soon.
A colleague asked me to input a table into a question's help text to show service / sku / description / price, but since we can't do so, I had to list it out point by point for every service and it made the help text sprawl over a dozen+ lines.
