Expand Wrike Syncs to Projects & Folders
We would love to use Wrike Syncs (Unito) more with Wrike, especially to keep certain Custom Fields in line without have to create Integration Recipes. We would definitely be able to reduce our Integration Recipe workload if we could keep Customer & Opportunity objects in line with Folder & Project items.
However, the majority of our Salesforce Integrated items (Customers & Opportunities) are at the project or folder level, so we're unable to really utilize Wrike Syncs.
Thanks a lot for posting your suggestion Ian Kizer, I'm sending it to the team responsible for integrations ✅

Upvoting this! We would love to have additional levels of work items sync through Unito.
I am testing the Wrike <<>> Excel Sync now via Unito and I believe I am running into the same challenge. Am I right in my understanding that this sync only functions at the Task level? I wonder why this limitation exists? Often tasks are more local individual contributor items that are being managed in Wrike itself. A major driver for doing a Wrike sync with an external spreadsheet would be to communicate and collaborate with others who are more likely to be involved or interested at a Project Level rather than a task level. For my example, our team has many tasks that we perform to support a construction project but a key sync would be to keep "Proposed Construction Date" aligned with our stakeholders Excel tracking tables. This attribute is at the Project Level. Everything at the task level is internal to my team who is already working in Wrike.
Is a better approach just to leverage the API and build the connections we need? The Unito sync seems terribly limited when you can only do tasks.
Hi Todd Kelvington, I’m sorry for the delayed response 🙏
Thanks for explaining your use case and for sharing this feedback about the Wrike <<>> Excel sync via Unito. Regarding your question about using the API instead: I’d recommend contacting our Support team so one of our API experts can review your setup and advise on the best approach for your needs. If you like, I can ask one of our Support staff to get back to you, do let me know.
