Hi Arpit Shekhar, I am working in the masterdata of our company. (Technician for Hardware).
I am using the Wrike App to get notified of upcoming changes and to reply on the go.
I have found that certain notifications are behaving quite weirdly.
Example:
On the App I get notified when colleagues track time on a Task I created..Why? I only see this on the App not in the broswer nor via E-Mail.
Push notifications stay unread on one of the two platforms if you read them on the other.
Approvals are weird too.
I get notified about colleagues making a decision but I dont get a notifcation about needing to give an approval myself?
I see these in the App now, but without a notification.
I have talked to a colleagues of yours about this in an Webinar this week too.
Overall I do love using the App to track my time on the go (Book times on friday evening).
Keep up the good work!ย
Hello Florian Gascho,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! It's wonderful to hear that the Wrike mobile app has been valuable for you, especially for staying updated and tracking time while on the go.
Regarding your concerns with notifications, I shall pass your observations along to our team. In the meantime, could you please check if the notification settings in your account are configured to your preference. You can cross-check this if you go inside the settings options of the mobile app and verify if push notifications for approvals are enabled.
Also, if you could encourage your colleagues who use the Wrike mobile app to share their experiences and feedback on this post, that would be great. More feedback from users helps us make improvements and understand common insights within the community.
ย
Thank you once again, Florian. Your constructive comments help us in making Wrike as user-friendly and effective as possible!

Hi, I mostly use the mobile app to answer questions asked by my team when I'm away from my computer. This is really helpful when I'm on the go. We keep all communication in Wrike to avoid silos and the app makes sure we don't experience delays because people are waiting on me to reply. I also find that push notifications are a bit sporadic (I'm using the android version, by the way.)
Thank you for sharing how you're using the Wrike mobile app to stay connected with your team! It's great to hear that our app helps you maintain seamless communication.ย
I've noted your feedback, but could you please elaborate more. I shall take your feedback and will forward it to our team. In the meantime, could you please check if the configurations in the appโs push notification settings can be updated as per your notification preferences?
Additionally, if your colleagues in manufacturing are also using the Wrike mobile app, it would be invaluable for us if they could share their manufacturing process experiences and any feedback on this post as well. More feedback helps us identify common points that the Manufacturing User Group users are talking about. Thanks again for your valuable insights.
