Hey everyone, 

A quick update to let you know that we're experiencing an outage with our Wrike Stars platform, preventing logins. If you received a notification about an expired Wrike Stars contract when you tried to login, don't worry, it's related to the outage and doesn't impact your main Wrike account.

We're actively working to fix this and will update this post when when it is resolved.

Hi Elaine - do you know if this is effecting email notifications coming from Wrike platform too?  We stopped getting email notifications from our Wrike campaigns/projects.   I submitted a service ticket Tuesday and did a Chat this morning but still no response on our issue.   Taking a chance that you might know if the issue extended to other Wrike programs besides the Wrike Stars.   Thanks.

Hi folks, the issue with Wrike Stars is now resolved - you can log in again. Thank you for your patience 💚

Michelle Lundy We apologize for not replying in a timely manner. I've asked our Support team to reach out to you ASAP and I can see they contacted you. It seems to be an issue on our side not related to Wrike Stars, and our engineers are now working on resolving it. We'll reach out to you again when we have an update.
