Activity Stream of Any User

Please add the ability to create a dashboard widget of any Wrike user's activity stream. Managers would like a top level view of direct report activity streams without needing to pull a manual report of user activity each time.

Thanks for the idea, Ben! It makes sense, and I have added it to our backlog to entertain with the team.

I have a team workload dashboard. I want to set up an activity stream that displays what the entire team is working on, but currently, when I create the stream, I can only view my recent activities instead of the team's. Please add this feature so managers can see the overall activity of the team.

Thanks!

Chiming in here that our team and leaders could also very much benefit from this functionality.

Adding to the request here - the Activity Streams widget is only displaying updates and comments that I'm making in my projects, but I'm creating this dashboard mostly for managers to view and see overall updates on all my projects.  It would seem that all the other widgets I've added to provide information is visible to everyone but the Activities Stream.

Hi JoAnne Kim, welcome to the Community, and thanks for adding your comment!

If you want managers to see all updates, it’s important to make sure the widget’s data source is set to the relevant space, folder, or project that contains all the items you want to track, and that managers have access to those items. If managers do not have access to the parent items (spaces, folders, or projects) where the tasks reside, they will not see updates in the Activity Stream widget for those items.

That being said, if you’d like further assistance or have any questions, I can ask one of our Support team members to reach out to you, just let me know. Happy to help!
