Is there a way to get a nice overview/list of all file-attachments in a project?

Hey! Thank you all for continuing to bump this post and sorry for the delay with an update here. We've been working with the Product Team to provide the most detailed update we can at this point in the process.

Listing all file attachments in a Project/Folder is actually a little complicated to achieve and implementing it involves changing other areas of the Workspace (in order to do it effectively).

A recent step in the right direction was the ability to search for attachments I've outlined above - i.e. looking for file attachments by name and seeing them listed in your Search results.

The Product Team is currently working on enhancements to Dashboards to create more visibility of files there. It will be possible to list files in dashboards using the full power of task filters, e.g. show all files from a chosen project or show all files recently added by a particular author. An exact timeframe has not been determined at this point, but the team plans to release this functionality enhancement later this year.

The recent Search release and the planned developments are all working toward filling the need of seeing files in one place (as requested in this thread). We're aiming to achieve that goal closer to the end of this year and we'll have specifics as things continue to develop over the coming months.

Just a recommendation, take a look at how the Microsoft Teams file space looks. I know Wrike integrates with Microsoft Teams (bonus points if we could see files in there lol). But it is very effective for us

I love the idea of being able to see the files on Dashboards, and it seems like that might be easier than having them roll up into the tasks/projects/folders above where they were uploaded...might require less restructuring and be doable in a more reasonable timeframe. Thanks for the input and I hope this squeaky wheel gets some oil soon! Please please please. :)

Hi guys, good news!

You can now create a file widget from a Project in your Dashboard so you can see all documents within that Project! You can also create Project widgets are now available for Dashboards.

Great news 🎉 We've fully delivered on this request with the new Files View. Quickly browse files as a list or switch to a grid to view file previews.

Agreed! I'm super happy with this feature so far and grateful for its existence. I agree with Kevin's suggestion to make it sortable.

I am so happy to see this feature - thank you. What might make it better is if we could have a foldering system, i.e., I like to manage my files by SOURCE, DRAFT or WORKING FILES, and FINAL.
