FAQ: Why can't I see a Folder?

By default, all data in Wrike is private. So, until you share them, other team members cannot see the Folders and Projects you created. If your teammates can’t see Folders/Projects, try sharing Folders/Projects with them. If you have an empty Workspace, ask your colleagues to share the appropriate Folders/Projects with you.

If you assign a task to someone who doesn’t have access to the Folder where a task lives, then they will see the task but not the Folder. Tasks without a Folder (orphaned tasks) are easy to lose and forget about, so as a good best practice: share Folders and Projects with the relevant people right after their creation.
