Invite Users
Your team just got bigger and you want to invite a new user to your Wrike account?
Here's the quickest way to do it:
- Click "Add Users" at the bottom of the Workspace.
- Enter the email of the person you want to invite.
- Click "Send invitation".
All that is left to do is for the new user to confirm the invitation by clicking a link in the confirmation email.

why my workspace is different as yours?
I could not find Add Users option in my side.
Hi Dennis, thanks for posting your question here! The Workspace looks different from what you see on this screenshot since we’ve released the Updated Navigation Panel a few weeks ago.
And now to your question about inviting people to the account. One possible cause of this is that you have an External User or Collaborator license. Only Regular Users and admins can invite people to an account. You can check your role in the account:
If your role is a Regular User, then it might be that your account owner’s restricted the ability to invite new users to admins only (this option is available on Enterprise accounts). In this case, you can reach out to the owner (you’ll see their name on the Accounts tab) and ask them to invite a person to Wrike or give you the right to do it.
