Different Ways to Create Tasks
In Wrike, it’s possible to create tasks from different views. Read on to learn about creating tasks from different locations.
Workspace and List View
- Click on the plus button in the top-right corner of the Workspace 1 and select “Task” from the dropdown.
- Open a Folder or Project from the Navigation panel 2 and click “New Task” in the List View. 3
Table View
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Table View and click “New Task”.
My Work
- Open “My Work” 1 and click “New Task” 2 at the top of the view.
- Quick Tip! Tasks created from My Work are automatically assigned to you.
Timeline and Workload Views
To create a task on the Timeline or Workload Views, click on an empty space on the view and hold the “Shift” key.
