Change Tasks Order

All tasks are important, but some of them are just more important than others. When you sort by priority you can designate which tasks are most important by moving them to the top of the task list. To do that:

  1. Select a Folder or Project and switch to the List View.
  2. Sort tasks “By Priority”.
  3. Drag and drop tasks to prioritize the most important ones.

Other people who have access to the Folder/Project see the tasks in the same order you do, so all team members know what tasks they should focus on.

Quick Tip: If you can’t drag and drop tasks you probably have a Collaborator license.
