Great news Lisa,
have you in planning the possibility to add more fields and calculations (like sum, average, count) in Pivot?
Hey Pietro, what specifically are you looking for? The aggregation method for custom fields is defined in their settings so you can select between sum and average, and for built-in metrics, we use whatever aggregation makes more sense for them.ย

Hi Vladimir Bugay, thanks for your response.
For calculations ok.
I've a Pivot where count all SEO projects and give me the amount of each language divided by specialist who work on
I need to add totals for each raw and column
Thanks, Pietro! As Lisa mentioned in the original post, we are planning further enhancements, and we will definitely consider row/column totals to be a part of that wave.ย

Is there any plan to add the ability for Subtotals and Grand Totals in pivot table? This seems like a pretty basic ask for any pivot type of table format. For example if I want to create a pivot of projects by assignee (rows) and status (columns), I should be able to turn on totals for either the rows or columns to see total projects in each status or total projects assigned to each assignee.
Amy, it's already possible to have total (but not subtotals) in the pivot table. For that you need to select Display as Ratio option under the Design tab.ย

Vladimir Bugay I tried what you've noted above and it is not working in my dashboard when trying to add a subtotal based on a number-formatted custom field. Should this feature work with custom fields or does it only work for "time spent"?
Amy, it should work for any metric, but I can't help without understanding the details. You may share screenshots there or file a ticket with the support privately so we can take a look.ย

Vladimir Bugay, I've opened a ticket with chat support to have this investigated. Thanks.
I want to display date values only in the 'Values' section of the pivot table but it is only permitting formulas. It defaults to turn my date value intoย "# Unique Days in Date." I just want to display the date field for each record in the same MM/DD/YYYY format with which it is setup for my project. Am I missing something?ย ย
Hey Andrew Ritter, welcome to the forumsย ๐ It's not currently possible, but we'll be announcing any additions to Dashboards here in the Weekly Release Notes forum every Monday ๐
