Project Name: "Finishing Touches for Christmas"

Task 1: Listen to Christmas music and have a glass of wine while cleaning.

• Task 1:  Take a breath and make some quiet time each day/night just yourself, even if it's just 30 minutes. Regroup!
• Task 2:  Each day, write down three things you are grateful for. A hot cup of your favorite beverage is optional!
• Task 3:  Remember - it's the time with loved ones that matters more than what gets done. Playing games, watching Christmas movies, making new kinds of cookies, or just taking a walk outside together.

• Due Date: December 16, 2023
• Mission Brief: Assemble a top-secret dossier of gift recipients. This critical document, known in covert circles as "The Nice List," will detail preferences, sizes, and gift ideas.

Task 2: The Great Gift Hunt

• Due Date: December 22, 2023
• Challenge: Embark on the annual quest through the wilds of shopping malls and the labyrinthine realms that are online stores. 
• Objective: Acquire the mythical artifacts (also known as gifts) foretold by the ancient scrolls of advertising.

Task 3: Mad Dash to Wrap the Gifts

• Due Date: December 24, 2023
• Challenge: Armed with tape and wrapping paper, engage in the ancient art of gift-wrapping.
• Objective: Make each gift look like it was wrapped by elf artisans, not by someone using their feet.

Task 3: The Unveiling Stage. Now we can sit back, relax, and take in the magic that we worked hard to bring to life. The New Year is right around the corner so bring on the positive vibes!

Merry Christmas Ya Filthy Animal (2023) 

1. Booby-trap … ahem “Decorate” the house
2. Venture out into the “Wild” … make sure to wear pants!
3. Silent Night – Drink copious amounts of holiday spirits to ignore everyone around you. 

In order to achieve 90-99% “extremely satisfied” Holiday feedback “from customers” I would implement Project Pinecone.

I would use a phased approach to manage the purchase and shipping of gifts, deliver a Christmas Eve meal, send cards, and dinner invitation tasks. With Wrike as a project management tool, success is certain! 

1. Utilize Request Forms to gather feedback from family and friends for their Christmas wishes.
2. Assign scheduling deadlines to ship gifts, mail cards, with active automated reminders.
3. I would leverage Wrike Dashboard features to track progress and celebrate milestones.
4. Use Status updates to communicate and motivate my Elf teams.
5. Delegate more of Santa’s helpers by adding Assignees to tasks that are falling behind.

Project: Holiday Survival Guide

Tasks:

1) Gift Grab & Grumbling: Secret Santa Sabotage and Ugly Sweater Extravaganza.

2) Feast & Fury: Culinary Catastrophe and Board Game Brawl family feuds of epic proportions. 

3) Serenity & Self-Sabotage: mandatory "nap time" sessions throughout December. Use Whiskey and dark chocolate provided for emotional support.
