Automation - Reminder upcoming deadline

I just activated the automated reminder of upcoming deadlines. But I see some flaws already making it unlikely that we will be using it.

We need more control over it, as in it only pinging within work hours, most beneficially at a pre-determined time based on time zone.

Furthermore, it would be very nice if we also could determine that the automation would not trigger for next day tasks. E.g. we create a task with a deadline tomorrow, we do not need the automation to remind the assignee that there is an upcoming deadline tomorrow when they have just received the notification that it's been assigned to them. Notification spam is the death of people actually checking them.

There has been a similar case up in regards to Wrike's time frame filtering that could apply to this scenario making it being able to check on the creation date  being at least 1 day old in order to allow triggering.
