My organization's review process includes a lot of external users being invited to complete guest reviews and we have run into some obstacles and feedback that don't seem to be current settings in Wrike.
Wondering if anyone else has figured out how to OR would find it helpful for Wrike to add the following:
- Select default settings regarding the advanced features of guest reviews (allow file download, seeing file versions, and seeing internal comments) so that I don't have to check them every time I start a review.
- In addition to the setting where I can set when the review access expires, a way to set a reminder schedule. It would be so helpful for me if Wrike would send reminders to my guest reviewers at a selected frequency until they complete the review. It seems like right now, they only get notified when the review is initiated and then if they are tagged in a comment or something within the review. My issue is that my reviewers are letting the invitations sit in their email inboxes and so I need to either personally follow up and remind them to do the review or manually resend the review invitation through Wrike. It would be great to have some kind of automated email reminder "XX Project is still waiting for your review. Click here" kind of thing.
Has anyone else figured out a way around this? Or would it be helpful to others?
Hoping Wrike developers may consider these suggestions for future app updates.
