Hey Jen! Are you talking about standard fields like Start/Due/Completed Date or custom fields that are dates?

Custom fields that are dates. These options were available in the old dashboard, but not the new.

Jen, thanks for the clarification! You're right, and it's a gap now, but it's something we are planning to address soon, together with other improvements in new dashboards.

All, I wanted to let you know that it's now possible to apply empty/non-empty filters for date fields that support nullability. Please try it out and let us know how it works for you.

Disregard. This is not working. It appears to at first and correctly filters it upon the initial save, however, once the dashboard is accessed by someone else OR if the page is refreshed/revisited, the filter stops working even though the dashboard widget saves the filtered custom field. It only temporarily shows the filtered dates (of empty/not empty) if you go back into the widget settings and click Save Changes again.

Hey Jen, can you please check one more time? There was unrelated issue that has been fixed as well. Apologies for inconvenience.

Does this scenario above apply to the Due Time field as well in new dashboard? When converting the dashboard to new I cannot figure out how to filter by "is not empty". I want to show these tasks in a widget if a time is requested. Below is what it shows in classic view. Within the widget, once I filter on the task 'Due Time' I do not see it as choice on my filters and it disappears as a choice if I try to choose again from +Custom filters.

Roshonda, we do not provide empty/non-empty options for Start/Due Date fields because historically, we have a Task Type filter for that that provides options such as Backlogged, Milestone, and Planned.
