Are there common fixes for general Wrike desktop app/browser slowness when commenting, adding emoji, clicking, etc.?

I see hundreds of posts asking about slowness that all end with Wrike support replying with something similar to the following, but then never any follow-up about an actual solution.

"We're sorry to hear you're having this challenge, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
I've raised a Support ticket for each of your cases, and an expert from our team will reach out to you to investigate shortly. "

The mobile app always seems super speedy. The desktop app and browser versions of Wrike both seem to suffer from similar bottlenecks, whether it's an issue with asynchronous ajax calls or other js, maybe general network latency for users with less than blazing fast internet connections, or something filesystem or browser storage related.

I have never seen inquiries about the slowness directly addressed or resolved aside from the "We're sorry..." responses.

Some users report the task in the screencap below is able to be completed instantaneously. Others report it takes several seconds, or even ten seconds. Is there any insight on how to fix the issue for users that experience the same slowness day after day? They are all on modern laptops or desktops with high speed internet connections.

Do individual users have a separate allocation of network resources based on their usage? So maybe infrequent users have a fast experience, but frequent users are throttled?

Does it have something to do with how individual users' workspaces are configured with the number of projects or tasks listed in the left sidebar?

Following-up on this:

Running the Wrike app in an Android emulator on the same desktop loads tasks and performs various interactions, commenting, loading tasks/projects after clicking links, etc., lightning fast.

The experience in every desktop browser incl. Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge has the same sluggish experience. I've disabled all antivirus, tried alternate DNS, updated my GPU drivers, with no luck. It's as if every element that needs to load on the page takes a minimum of 100ms. Multiply that by hundreds of elements, and it takes about ten seconds for a "document ready" on every single click.

I can't recommend everyone I work with who is experiencing this slowness install an Android host on their Windows desktops, but in my troubleshooting, it's curious why the app is able to run without these frustrations while every browser suffers.

I've been testing Chrome's new "Performance Insights" feature.

Initially I suspected the slowness may be attributed to a poor implementation of the dart:js library the Wrike browser and desktop app both rely on.

The performance evaluation seems to confirm this.

Also, I notice dozens of calls to assets via HTTP rather than HTTPS.

Is there a cost to that as well? Especially with most modern browsers now attempting to force redirect to HTTPS.

Thanks!
