Wrike Latency?

For the past couple of weeks, our team has experienced latency using the desktop app. We've cleared our desktop app cache and are being told that it appears to be an issue on our end - which doesn't make a ton of sense considering we all work remotely. One example: keystrokes aren't recording when we try to enter a comment, then all of a sudden they'll populate, and then you're in a vicious cycle of delete + type...   so frustrating. 

Looking at some of the Community comments it seems as if this has been an issue for others in the past. Hoping someone will be able to help us troubleshoot.

The same happens to me quite frequently. I understand how the recorded keystrokes are affected by system and network latency, likely via ajax or some other async js, and sometimes it takes fifteen seconds for what I'm typing to catch up. Some users may have the luxury of extremely fast, low-latency network connections on both upstream and downstream, but most of your users do not. Thanks!
