Storage Management Tools
We have several spaces and thousands of projects and tasks with files spread all over them. I need a way as the account owner and/or admin to find duplicate files (a feature to replace with a permalink instead of manually), sort by file, size, etc so I can delete signature gifs, pngs, jpgs, etc.
There are literally thousands of similar or the same files scattered just from email forwarding and Wrike Outlook add-in. Yes it's largely a training issue, but that doesn't stop the need to manage files at 500GB or going to 1TB. If we were to "export" the attachments to a different storage solution, it's not clear how that would work.
Please advise on a larger function besides the file view at each level. I can't get it to load, let alone understand and scroll to take action on a subset with hundreds of projects, and their files.
I would love better file management, especially as an admin. We have the same issue with duplicate files and I have made a dashboard to see all the files in a space, but it would be great to be able to have some tools to manage them further.
Thank you for this idea folks, I can definitely see how it could be useful! I'm sending it to the responsible team at Wrike.

This seems to be an ongoing issue for years now... is anyone really responsible for the storage issues?
We are at 800GM of 1.2 TB and putting photos in every day from basic users on our manufacturing floor separate from our PM's adding documents to hundreds of documents daily as well. I can't tell the pace at which we are filling up, so I have no way of knowing how soon we will fill it or how much time we have to get to a solution.
Hi Richard Herzog, thank you for the additional details about your use case, I understand why this is not ideal for you and please rest assured that your feedback has been noted.
Ronen Bekerman, thank you for sharing your experience about this topic in this and other similar threads. I'm passing your comments on to our Product Team, and if have any additional questions, please let me know 👍
