Create an email to an external user using automation
Is it possible to email an external user using automation?
I would like to sent an email when e.g. a ticket is assigned to a support employee.
External user are forced to leave their email address, so I guess it is logged somewhere.

This would be great for our team too! Not all users we interact with use Wrike, so we spend a fair amount of time manually including them on updates.

I am facing issues sending out surveys to my internal customers that access the request trough a link on our intranet,
Probably I need to go for the enterprise solution so the users are internal.

Is the @ mention the external requestor an option that is available in the team subscription with automation? I would like to send out reminders to external reminders to external users on specific dates.
