Project Percentage Completion

Recommend not removing "On-Hold" tasks from the overall project percentage completion values. When projects get temporarily delayed, with no new defined start/due date, putting tasks  "on hold" keeps them from reporting as overdue. Also very important when using predecessors to define the task dates.

This doesn't mean that the task is then permanently postponed, but rather a temporary situation. This is particularly important when reporting project progress to management. Very difficult to explain real percentage completion values and then putting things on hold which then increases % completion and then later when tasks are taken off hold, having a lower overall project completion value.
