copy the results from a task form into a template to be emailed
We have a request form that once it is completed, the answers need to be pasted into a template and emailed out as a pdf. How do I do this?

If all the items are in the description, you can just print to a pdf from the 3 dot menu in the task.
If all the fields are in custom fields then you can export to excel to get the information. Here's the help article. Exporting grabs the entire folder or project. So this might not be ideal.
