I have the same issue.
I'm trying to add users that do not belong to my company as Collaborators to a newly created space.
For all users that already have an account on wrike, our invitation can't be sent and the error is:
"User(s) who are not allowed to have more accounts can't be invited"
I see that the current thread is not resolved, and there is no article or community response, that suggests a solution.
Please advise.

The error message "Users who are not allowed to have more than one account can't be invited" appears when the email address you are trying to invite is already registered in another Wrike account that is located in a different data center. Due to current limitations, the same email address cannot be used in multiple Wrike accounts across different data centers.

Hello,
I have troubles adding a colleague of mine into Wrike. I have sent her an invite which did not arrived in her inbox. when trying to send another invite, it says invitation failed. "User who are not allowed to have more accounts can't be invited.
I even can not see her in the user overview. Normally there should be "Invitation pending" in the "Status" field.
