Thank you Wrike support for returning some of the missing features to the newly named "Item view", including the mail permalink (now called Update by email). We are looking forward to using these, along with trying out the newly updated Chart View, located in Wrike Labs!
Just an observation - one you are likely hearing from other customers: It appears that critical functionality inside the new LightSpeed UI is moving from a single click (current UI) to 2-3 clicks to perform many of the same functions. ย Our team is inside this tool all day long. ย The additional clicks start adding up quickly. ย This was an issue we observed with many competing products. ย The new way of accessing the email permalink is just one example. ย Current UI: one click of the paperclip icon to copy. ย New UI: click on the ellipses, click on Update by email, copy permalink.ย More time spent clicking = the more resource time = the more cost to your customer.ย Let's please try to avoid Click Fatigue if possible. :)ย
Hey Michael Kelley, thank you do much for sharing this feedback. It's been noted and we've passed it on to the team. If there's anything else we can help with, don't hesitate to ask ๐
