[From Wrike] Space-Level Blueprints Are Here! ๐คฉ

I hope youโre having a great week and looking forward to the upcoming weekend ๐
Today, we are thrilled to announce the much-anticipated ๐ต space-level blueprints! ๐ต
We know that many of you have been waiting for the ability to organise your blueprints on the space (often, departmental or team) level. And it is now possible!
Space members can easily access, view, and edit these blueprints. You can also select space blueprints in the space-level request forms and use them in the space-level automation ๐
Depending on whether you are a space admin or space member, youโll be able to create or view your space-level blueprints, as well as create work items from space-level blueprints in the Blueprints tab of space's settings (for admins) or via a Blueprints button in the upper right corner of the view.ย
For more detailed instructions on creating new space-level blueprints or generating work items from them, please refer to this Help Center article.ย
Please note that the option to save items as space-level blueprints will also be added in the near future ๐

I'd love to see a shortcut for creating items from a blueprint. If I'm building a project with multiple folders, it would be lovely not to have to navigate back to the space>settings>blueprint each time. There are lots of scenarios where I'm creating a custom project that won't be a template, but using different pieces of templates that I do have.

Hi Lisa,
is it now possible to move the blueprintds from the account to the spaces? I cannot locate how to do it, but maybe I lost something.
Hello Adw Riccardo Tommasini, welcome to the Community! Thank you for sharing this comment with us. You are right, currently there is no direct option to move an account Blueprint to a Space.ย
A possible workaround would be to create an item from the account blueprint in the relevant Space and then save this item as a Space blueprint.

Also, I'd like to mention that you can check our New to Community forum to discover all the resources you can find in our Community ๐
We need a way to update Sharing Permissions on the Space Blueprints so that we can designate who has Edit rights vs. those that can only view/use them.ย In the System Blueprints we manage this through the Share function and update their role, but that option is not available in Blueprints.ย We need this before we can adopt as we don't want all 150 space members to have Edit rights.ย
