Request Form Title Headings and Attachments Section Appearing in Project Description Field
We are working to create our first request form in Wrike. The form is broken down into 6 pages and uses page and section headers to separate questions. For some reason some, but not all, of the page and section headers show up in the Description field of the project profile after the form is submitted. We have one question on the form that maps to the Description field. The same headers show up every time and we cannot figure out how to stop it. Is there a way to prevent this from occurring?
The attachments question shows up as well, however we see this has a greyed out mapped field to the description section. This is also not as big of an issue but it would be nice to understand how it works.
Hi Chris Cashon, thank you for reaching out! Exciting to hear you're creating your first request form 🤩
Every question is mapped to some instance of your task or project. Answers from request forms can be mapped to titles, descriptions, start/end dates, attachments, importance, or custom fields. You can check all mapping options in this article.
In terms of headers, do I understand correctly that you'd like them not to be shown in the descriptions? In that case, I'll be happy to share your feedback with our team. It would be great if you could also share why you'd prefer them not to be shown in the description 🙂

Thank you for the response, Lisa. What is interesting is only a few of the Page and Section Headers in my request form show up, but not all of them.
Page and Section Headers on the request form are meant to help provide context to questions on the form. If possible, it would be preferred that Page and Section Headers are treated as form information only and do not map to any project or task field. There is little to no value to have this information appear in the description of the project. Section Headers were not noted in the support article linked above, suggesting these are not intended map to a field?
Hi Chris Cashon, this is interesting, thanks for sharing! I've asked our Support team to look into your case. Someone will contact you soon 👍

I would like section header names to be mapped to Title. I don't need to know the nuance of each question within a section except in the Description.
Hi Pepe Barton, thank you for adding your feedback in this thread 👍 It's been passed to our Product Team.
