Automatically CC Designated Account Administrator To All Tickets Submitted By Account Users

When you have a large user base, it is difficult to keep up with issues and enhancement requests submitted directly to Wrike by account users. It would be most helpful if Wrike could automatically add a designated Account Administrator as a CC on all tickets submitted by account users. Thank you for considering this enhancement request.

Hello Denise Miller, if I understand you correctly you use CC as @mention in the task?
 
If so, I believe using the Wrike Automation Engine can help you. You can create a rule of If new task is created then assign or mention the Account Administrator in the designated folder.
