- Request Forms - New Mapping Option for Short Answer Questions ๐ฌ
Now, in the request form builder, you can map Short answer questions to dropdown-type custom fields. There are a couple of conditions for this to work:
-The dropdown custom field must have the option to allow users to input other values enabled;
-The task or project created via the request form must be added in a certain folder/project/space with the relevant custom field.

Recently,ย we added the ability to map answers from user-type questions to dropdown custom fields and we didn't stop there! Now, you can map answers to the assignee (for tasks) and owner (for projects) fields โ๏ธ

Please note that this option is not available for external request forms. If you make the request form external you will be asked to change the setting.

- Marketing Insights - New Filters and Folders Settings ๐
Filters: we added an ability to add an "Exact value" when you filter tasks by Marketing Insights custom fields (dropdown type).

Folders: now you can select which Marketing Insights custom fields groups will be added to particular folders (before you could only add all of them at once).

- (Wrike Labs) AI Project Risk Prediction - Shown for Everyone Who Has Access to the Project ๐ฎ
Before: when you enabled AI Project Risk Prediction from Labs for yourself, you could see the Project risk prediction in the Project Progress window, but it wasn't affecting other users' view, they still saw Project health.

Now: when you enable AI Project Risk Prediction for a particular project, all users will see it instead of Project Health.

Elaineย we like the user type questions for Request forms! However, are there plans that one can predefine in a dropdown menu the users that should be available as answers?

Hi Joel Senn, thanks for reaching out ๐ค I'm happy to hear you like this new addition to request forms ๐ I've passed on your feedback about a pre-defined list of users - the team are interested in doing this but they don't have it in their short-term plans.ย
