Navigating to Parent task from Inbox
One of my team members brought to my attention that when he opens a task that he is messaged on from his Inbox the task is missing the usual link at the top of the task that links to the parent task. If he needs to look at something in the parent task he has to hunt for the task in the workspace or use the search. There is no way to navigate there directly.
Hi Greg Leff, thanks for messaging on this.
Is this only happening for subtasks? Are you able to share a screenshot so I can better understand and assist here?

I've also been getting the 'Go To Full Details' button in my inbox sporadically. Sometimes I get the button, other times for the same type of inbox notification it's not there. Additionally, when clicking on the details button in a report, it would be great to also have an option to 'Go To Full Details' as well, since the detail button just takes you to the main project but doesn't take you to the view of the tasks.I can navigate to the folder it lives in by clicking the folder locator, however it would be more efficient to click on a button to see the full details so I can go to the tasks list with one click, rather than going to the folder and then looking for the project.
Came here to bump this one - still not seeing a way to navigate to the parent project from a task notification in the inbox. Any solves on the horizon?
Hello Andrea Fazio, thank you for bringing this to us. May I kindly ask you to share a bit more details on the behavior you're experiencing? If you could include screenshots to help us understand your case, it would be highly appreciated. Also, I can open a ticket with our Support Team on your behalf so our agents can investigate your case, please let me know if you are interested in this option.
