Set Task dates

Hi,

I have a resource with a full Wrike license (external) who is unable to set start/ end date for a task! The field is grayed out!. This user is not collaborator, so why can't he set the dates?!!

Are you on an enterprise account? Have you adjusted folder permissions? The person could have "Limited Access" instead of Editor or Full access to that particular task. https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/209603589-Folder-and-Project-Permissions

@Lauren, great thinking! Our Support Team has checked this for Ralph and it's doesn't look to be permission-based, so there's a little further troubleshooting needed. Thanks for sharing your expert advice here 🙂
