Custom fields still don't load/aren't visible on iOS devices...😠😩😭
Julia Marantidi Home Automation Executive Account Manager & System Engineer
Hey, Julia, thanks for reaching out! Custom Fields on iOS haven't been released yet, but they're on the roadmap 😃 Make sure to follow our Release News, or this request about viewing Custom Fields on iOS, to be the first to know about the release.
Thanks!! Followed it!

I have updated my iPhone iOS (11.1.2) and I have the latest version of the Wrike App (2.10.9) and the task I am interested in shows nothing except the description. There is no trace of any updates on the task. Unfortunately this makes Wrike useless on my iOS devices, severely compromising its value for us. We have logged a support request, but there is no response other than an automated reply after 24 hours.
James, Wrike isn't iOS compatible. They're working on that in order for us to see the custom field values on our cell phones...wish it was faster!

Hi James, Julia is right, you won't be able to see Custom Fields on iOS (yet). That said, you should be able to see more than just the task's description. Our iOS Help Page has a table showing what is or is not possible on the app. Please let me know if you're not seeing something that you think should be there!

Sorry, I am seeing a different issue. First, here is Wrike on my laptop for a specific task:
And here is the same task on my iPhone 7, with latest Wrike App and latest iOS:
It seems the task has not fully loaded as the progress bar across the top has stopped moving. Even waiting for several minutes, the loading has not completed and I cannot see any of the comments in the task workspace.
Any clues?
Hi James, it looks like our Support Team is already looking into this. Let me know if there's anything else we can help with in the meantime.
