List view date descending
Is it possible in List View -- Sort by Date in descending instead of ascending, i.e. the most recent on top of the list??? Currently, it sorts the most recent on top (!) and it's really uncomfortable.
The thing is in the beginning it showed the most recent on top until I sorted by Date and now it shows the most recent in the bottom and I can't go back to the original view!!!
Thanks.
Hi Afag, I think you may have been sorting by "Priority" before. When you're sorting by priority and new tasks appear at the top of the list as you add them. Within the priority view you can also drag and drop tasks into the order of your choosing. Can you try switching to that sorting order and let me know if that works better for you?
Hi Stephanie,
Thank you for the response. Yes, sorting by priority works better. Although, I still think sorting by date should yield most recent on top :)
Thanks again!

I agree with this, I don't understand why anyone would want the most recent on the bottom, where you have to scroll. Those are all old, completed tasks and should go to the bottom. Ascending/Descending should have been a very fundamental capability.
Hi Haylie Wilson, thank you for bumping this thread, I'm passing on your feedback👍🏼
Thank you, Cansu!
Hi,
Is there any resolution to allow the most recent at the top or allow the option to choose ascending/descending?
Hi Deborah Bornhoff, welcome to the Community 👋
You can use Table view and choose ascending/descending order! Could you please try it and let me know how it goes?
