Wrike Collaborators Guide
Has anyone put together a "collaborator-facing" guide to Wrike? It looks like Wrike developed the following resources, but they're quite old at this point:
https://cdn.wrike.com/getting-started/Wrike-guide-for-collaborators.pdf
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JXjhUtdBFw
We use Wrike in an external, client-facing way to manage software implementations. Therefore, we often provision Collaborator accounts to clients that are unacquainted with the platform. We'd like to add a "Wrike Orientation" task to our project plan templates, but looking for current examples and/or documentation ideas as far as how to position this to collaborators before we reinvent the wheel!
Thanks!
Hey Brett! Thanks for bringing this up. I'd also love to hear what other users have to say, but I wanted to quickly jump in and point you to a cuple of existing posts with some tips you might find useful:
I put together a Google Slides presentation that I give to folks after we do an in-person training session because I couldn't find what I wanted in the Wrike Help portal.

Wow, Tina, this is amazing!🤗
Thank you for sharing with the Community. I'm positive people will get a lot of value from it 😃
Thanks, Stephen! When you can't find what you're looking for, you have to create it yourself. And I'm happy to share!
Tina,
Great work on this presentation. I like how you started waaay back at the beginning with email notifications. I know this has turned off some new users for me in the past. You did a good job talking about only what is truely important and not all the "noise."
Really nice job!
Thanks, Patrick! We wanted collaborators to understand the features necessary to do what we need them to do and to make sure they were only alerted to what they really needed to know via email. Plus, I was still learning what Collaborators could do vs Users and it helps me remember what they can't see that I can see.
Thanks Tina, this was super helpful, 100% using some of your slides directly for my team and trainings I have coming up.
Thanks Tina. It's great and very helpful to see how other people communicate all of this information.
This looks great Tina. Any chance you could share as PDF or PPT. Our org. blocks google docs and presentations. I had to view this on a private computer not my work machine.
Much appreciated!
