Wrike Decision Tree example

At our company, we started using Wrike within the I.T. department first in order to get used it it. I proposed that we use Wrike to track all of our activities. In an effort to provide guidance on how we would do that, I created a decision tree graphic that would cover best practices on every scenario.

Here is a link to that decision tree graphic.

Ansel, thank you for sharing! The decision tree is amazing. It's definitely a wonderful approach to ensure that new users can easily adapt to your workflow in Wrike. I love how you thought everything through and included details for each scenario.

It would be great to hear about how other users approach this!

That is very comprehensive. For most companies and teams, not everyone needs to understand how to create tasks or decide where they belong. In our case, although we have about 70 users, only two of us know how to actually create tasks.

Everyone else can use the new request forms that automatically send tasks to a specific folder. So you can set it up to put the task into the right place from the form OR to send tasks to a specific person or team who can then put them in the appropriate place.

Note that we're using Write Enterprise so I don't know what may be different in Wrike Pro. But I'm happy to answer questions about the recently added form feature.  Once a form is created, users just click the + in the green circle next to the Wrike logo and choose a form or create a task.

Ansel, The decision tree is very impressive but extremely hard to read. Could you share it as a PDF or in another format? we would very much like to be able to appreciate your contribution in its entirety.
