Why don't support Outlook Addin?

I use your service on 2014. I try to convince cowork to use your service because your server in outlook addin is good to use. I just promotion to be General Manager this Oct. I want to implement your service to management jobs. So I paid your service one year. But I cannot find addin any more right now. I feel so bad. We local in Taiwan. We speak Chinese. If I ask our staff to use English, I will be fired.Because we had had Business here over 27 years. There are a lot of senior staffs. Right now I lost my moneys from you. I feel so bad.
Hi, I can see our Support team has helped with this. While we do have an Outlook Add-in, I completely understand that it does not work with the situation you need it for. If there's anything else we can assist with here let me know.

The problem of addin is that we use G suit. It cannot be used right now. The addin could be used in 2014~2015.
Hello! Yes, we had a previous version of the add-in but the new iteration isn't compatible with Gmail email addresses. I see you've replied in the other thread as well and if you do reconsider Wrike please let us know if you have any questions about features/functionality and we can definitely help answer.
