I would love to have the tasks alert me prior to the due date that it is upcoming. For example - we use Toggl to track hours. Once we hit 75% utilization on a project - I'm sent an alert and then again daily after 100% utilization. 

I'd like to be notified the day before the due date that the task is due and then daily after the due date.

Megan shared this idea and members have been discussing and voting. It would great if you could vote for the idea there so all feedback is in the same place. I have listed some workarounds below that might work for you. Although they're not exactly what you're requesting, they might be useful processes you can use.
 
Do you use Google Calendar integration? Using this integration you could schedule Wrike tasks to your Google Calendar. You can then change the dates and times in your Google Calendar which won't affect the task dates you've scheduled in Wrike. 
 
This way you can schedule the task date in your Google Calendar to the day before - this won't change the dates in Wrike and means you'll get a notification from Google Calendar for whenever you choose. I understand this is not a Wrike notifications but it might be useful if you use Google Calendar.
 
Alternatively, you could use Dashboards and set up an 'Assigned to Me' widget. This way you have a holistic view of what's assigned to you. Although there would be no notifications, you could use this Dashboard to quickly reference what's due today, tomorrow, next week and later.
 
I also want to mention the new Snooze Inbox Notifications which may come in useful. This Wrike Labs feature allows you to snooze inbox notifications to a time that better suits. They reappear in your Inbox as unread after the selected time lapses.
