Viewing saved documents in a project

Hi 

Is there a way to just view all the saved documents in a project without going to each task ?

Hi Jane, it's not possible to get a holistic view of all attachments at the moment. I think the quickest way for you to move between tasks with attachments is using Dashboards. You can create a widget 'assigned to me' so you'll only see what tasks are assigned to you regardless of what Folder or Project they're stored in. There's a small paper clip icon beside tasks with attachments so you be able to check all tasks with attachments quickly.
 
Alternatively, if you're looking for a particular attachment you can search commands.
 
There's a Product Feedback post about this from Jonas - List all file-attachments in a project. Can you pop over there and vote for it to help our Product Team understand the popularity of the request.

It would definitely be easier to be able to have a holistic view of all attachments. Though the dashboard solution is a good solution when tasks are assigned to someone however as the PM of the projects I'm not always assigned to a task. 

Will this ability to be possible in the future?

Hi Tara, just in case you're unaware you can create a Dashboard widget to show all files in a Project/Folder. It's a pre-made widget based on the Project and not necessarily who is assigned. Check it out in your options when creating a Dashboard widget and let me know if this helps you 👍
