E-mail integration is a great functionality in Wrike but can be better...

1) Sometimes the e-mail threads mix information about many tasks and we need to open the task in Wrike, click to copy the task email address and finally paste on the CC field to the task receive suitable information in the email message

2) In the app we can't see the e-mail address of the task.

3) Some times the information about the email message is important to more than one task but only one task can receive and attach the e-mail message. If we need to send an email message to two or more tasks we need to send the email two or more times.

I think that a GREAT feature to integrate better the e-mail with the Wrike would be via contacts.

It would improve our day to day work. ; )

Those are some great ideas! Something I did want to suggest though, is adding the email address of a task or other location to your list of contacts. This will allow you to quickly send emails to them. Just click the permalink icon:

Would this help for the use case you described? :)

I'd like to add that having a hook back to the email client so that you can jump straight to the original email from the task and respond without taking the extra steps to find and reply to the original email would be helpful. Saves tons of time, in my experience with other tools. "Things" (https://culturedcode.com/things/) and "Dispatch" (http://www.dispatchapp.net/#slider-4) do this really well.

Ditto to what Mark said ^.  In order to use Wrike as a ticketing system for our helpdesk email Inbox, I need the ability to be able to send email back to and/or through Outlook in addition to being able to create a task using the Outlook Add-In.  As it stands, we don't use Wrike for incoming helpdesk emails because we have no native way to respond to the end user directly from Wrike.  Thanks for listening!
