Two items. users & tasks

1. I had a user accept the invitation and he was visible in the list of users. He is no longer visible. I tried to add him as mew and it tells me he's already in the account. WHERE?

2. How do I assign task to projects? I did the task timeline first and set the projects us after. I need to put the tasks into projects to restrict access. I can't find a way to do this.

Hi Martin, thanks for getting in touch on the Community! Let me answer your questions one by one:

  1. When inviting a user, you enter their email address, but they can then change the name in their profile to another one. Try searching for the first/last name of the user, and let me knowif that doesn't help. I also noticed that some users haven't accepted their invitations to your account yet, so it's possible that the person in question isn't a member of your account at the moment. Happy to open a Suppot ticket and look into this further if the user is still nowhere to be found. :)
  2. To add a task to a Project, click on the "+" sign under the task name:

 

You can also use Mass Editing to ask multiple tasks to a Project at the same time:
