How can I check the "To Do's" of each member of my team

As I'm a former Asana user, I want to know if there's a feature where I can follow all the tasks that my team members are doing? When I was using Asana, we had weekly meetings where I could see all the tasks and projects every team member was doing that week.

In Wrike, I guess I need to see the "My Work" of my colleagues.

Is that possible?

Hi Olivier, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

If you're looking for a list, similar to My Work, you can use Dashboards. You can create a Dashboard Widget based on tasks in any one Folder (or in the account as a whole). You can follow the general steps in from the View Your Two Do Items post, but on step 7, instead of clicking "current user", select the name of a team member. Then, create a widget for each user whose work you want to track.

Why not give it a go and let me know if you have any questions and I can help 😀

Good luck creating dashboards when you have 30 people to track in your team. It's so sluggish that it's impracticable. 😫

I tried reports for this, which is also far from ideal: click More > Reports > Active tasks by assignee > find the person and see what they are doing.

Now I'm going to try the workload view, keeping a tab with it always open.

But I wish there was a really easy way to just go straight to the person and see what they are doing. Why can't I use the search box to search for a person? Why does it only show profile information when I click a user picture? It could have a link to this person's activity.

Roberto Caldas You can create just one dashboard for this and add a widget for each team member. That takes some time, but then you'll have a dashboard with all the needed info 👍
