Feature request: Sharing a task or project's content via text, e-mail and messenger apps
Pls work on this feature as it would facilitate a lot to share with people important to know about the task's or project's content without involving them directly and / or making them create an account with Wrike unnecessarily. For example: a manager from a different sector, a supplier or other 3rd party.
At the end what happens is that the other person does not want to create an account and I have to rewrite or copy and paste part of the information in order to send it to them.
I have working groups in WhatsApp and Facebook's Messenger where this would come in handy and help on the discussions we have.
Ob. Projects could share just the general structure or summary of tasks but tasks could show notes, checklists and due dates.
Hi Filipe! That's an interesting idea. We take security very seriously, and that's why an option like you outline isn't available - this would enable easy sharing of potentially sensitive data stored in Wrike. A step in that direction is snapshot functionality, namely Timeline Snapshots and Report Snapshots. These allow you to share data without actually inviting people to your account. I can see how your idea to easily share data could be applicable to snapshots, what do you think? Looking forward to hearing from you!

This integration with whatsApp would be very important for us, Wrike's brazilian customers. We use the app a lot and it'd help us on productivity.
