Filter by Shared person

Hi. We need to apply the filter system to find out into our folder's tree, the shared persons on every task and folder. The reason is: we need to move tasks from one folder to another one when the Project is finished. Find a person assignee it's easy applying the filters, but if I don't be wrong, we don't have a filter to the Shared persons, in order to ensure that the folders moved doesn't have any shared person added throughout the folder movement. Could you please help us in this question?. Many thanks.

Hi Joan, you can see everyone who a Folder or Project is shared with from the Share panel. I think you want some additional filtering options though. Would you like to see who a Folder/Project was shared with during a specific time period?

Dear Stephanie,

Many thanks for your comment. I know how Share panel works, and for that reason I'm try to find out a tool that allow me to see, for example, if there is any Client into a our more than three thousand tasks that we have on our Marketplace. A solution will be add as a filter the "share with". If we can apply this filter we can check all the "Collaborators ==> Clients" and see if any one are sharing by mistake one of our more than three thousand tasks.

I really hope that you have a better understanding what is our pain in this case.

Looking forward to hear you soon. Kindest regards.

Hi Joan, that does help to give a little more detail, I'm not still not completely sure I'm understanding correctly though. Can you let me know if I'm getting this right?

  1. You click on a Folder/Project.
  2. Click on the filter icon.
  3. Choose a "shared with" filter and select a client User Group, or enter the names of all of your clients.

Result: Ideally you will see zero tasks here because there shouldn't be any clients shared on those tasks.
