Question about the "Resolved" email notifications

What category in the email options does a "resolved" notification fall under?

I find this notification completely unnecessary and my team is complaining that they are getting spammed by messages indication someone has marked an item resolved. But when they go to the task there's no new version to review.

 

How do we disable this notification without disabling important updates like someone adding a comment to a task ?

Hi Austin, thanks for your question! If I got it right, you are referring to email notifications about resolved proofing comments. This type of notifications is controlled by “Someone comments without @mentioning me or my group” setting, so I’m afraid there’s no way to disable these notifications and still get emails when someone adds a comment to a task. It would be great if you could post your suggestion to a Product Feedback section so that other users could upvote it. Please let me know if I misunderstood your question, we’ll definitely get to the bottom of this together.
