[Status: Not planned] Hide comments in project shared with collaborators
Hello,
One feature that is sadly missing for our team is the possibility to have internal communication Inside project shared with our client (collaborator license). Indeed, it's not possible to hide comments or have unshared tasks in projects that are shared with clients.
If you have any suggestion to bypass this, it would be appreciated :)
Wanted to check in to see if this is on the roadmap. We're starting to use collaborators more often and having the ability to expose a subset of comments would be amazing!

Hi - would anyone mind sharing maybe why this is still in a 'not planned' status after 7 years of discussion and 111 upvotes? As someone in product management, I understand it's not possible to prioritize everything but I notice many of your threads just have a basic "thanks I'll share with our product team" message and people might be more understanding if you perhaps shared why or what limitations prevent the implementation of some features.
Agreed, we need to be able to create silos of conversations and back/forth discussions prior to other collaborators having access to the project until we're ready as a design team to have the outside teams review. If there was an easy way to gatekeep the workflow where it needs to be until ready to another team this feature would be so amazing and would allow us to not work outside of wrike workflows (currently to gatekeep the feedback we route via emails/teams and it's inefficient). thanks!
Hello Travis Balthes [NA] SPC PD-SDM, thank you for your comments and sorry for the long delay! I understand how this feature would have a positive impact on your work and that you might find it frustrating not to see it implemented yet.
Your feedback is one of the most valuable sources of inspiration for our Product Team; however, other sources are also taken into account when deciding which features can be included in the roadmap. Unfortunately, in this particular case, not all the pieces came together, resulting in this suggestion not being implemented despite the clear general interest in it.
Please rest assured that we will continue passing your comments on to our team. And, if there are any changes, we will let you know in this thread.
