Throughput Problems
There is an inordinate delay for nearly every mouse click on the web page. Sometimes I have to wait 10 to 20 seconds to get a scroll bar to move or to start to enter an update to a ticket. Is there any way to get the web page to respond immediately just like every other web page and window that I use?
Hi there, thanks for reaching out on the Community! That definitely doesn't sound like expected behavior - I'm creating a Support ticket right now so our team could help troubleshoot what could be causing this performance. Look our for an email from the team!
+1 - seems to be affecting some of our users as well, and they're all either using latest versions of Chrome, or IE11. Definitely a lag issue. Is this related to this issue: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115002219345-Having-trouble-logging-in-on-Internet-Explorer "Wrike's currently experiencing some performance issues across browsers"? Hi Andrew, I just replied to your comment in another post, but want to close the loop here as well. The performance issue was resolved that same day but we definitely want to find out what's going on. Our Support team is going to follow up in the ticket I created to find out what's happening.
